FC Willamette Apparel and Uniforms

Game Uniform Two Nike team jerseys (one black, one white) are provided by and remain the property of the club. Participants are responsible for ordering and paying for replacement game jerseys. Game Shorts, game socks, and other apparel are ordered and paid for individually and become the personal property of the individual participant. New participants must purchase and pay for at least one pair of game shorts and one pair of game socks prior to pre-season training.

Training Uniform
FC Willamette participants are required to wear our standard training uniform at all training and pre-game warm-up activities. The training uniform consists of T-shirt, adidas shorts, socks and sweat shirt. Training uniform purchases are usually ordered prior to the start of pre-season training. Please note that a complete training uniform is provided with academy fees at the start of each summer's academy season.

Embroidered Apparel
If you have Adidas apparel such as a sweatshirt, t-shirt or jacket, FCW will embroider your apparel with our FC Willamette logo. Apparel must be colored black or gray and must be Adidas brand (we cannot embroider other athletic or generic brands). Send in your apparel to our office with your order form. Make sure you permanently affix your name to the item(s) so that we know who they belong to. We schedule embroidery when we have enough items to make up a reasonably-sized order. The current embroidery cost/item is $ 8.00

Placing Your Order
Since we do not keep a large amount of apparel in stock, orders are taken at specific times of the year. Please take note of the current order deadline. Apparel orders must be placed using the form below and include your payment at the time the order is placed. Mail your order form and payment to FC Willamette, PO Box 1642, Corvallis, OR 97339.

Shipping Your Order
Orders fulfilled during periods when your team is practicing (Fall Season, Winter Season, Spring Season or Summer Academy) can be delivered during practices. During out-of-season periods (such as Christmas time) items can either be mailed or picked up at our office in Corvallis. If you wish to have your order shipped to you during an out-of-season period please add the appropriate amount for shipping. This is particularly important if you are ordering something for the pre-Christmas period when we do not hold practices.

For your other soccer equipment needs, FC Willamette participants will receive 10% discount on footwear and 15% discount on apparel at the following soccer stores:
