FC Willamette is committed to providing experienced coaches who understand and have the ability to implement a developmental philosophy in a focused and structured training environment. All training sessions are performed under the supervision of our Technical Director and team coaches. Our teams train together in groups so that participants have the opportunity to work with several coaches. If you are interested in coaching with FC Willamette please contact our Technical Director. |

Coaching Staff Our team coaches are chosen primarily for their commitment to implementing a developmental philosophy without regard to short-term team success. Most of us still play the game -- although the older coaches don't play as often as they would like due to the age-related injuries they continually sustain!
